This first version is designed to collect basic applicant information. For finalists, A&L can send a Zillow application or third-party screening link for credit, background, and eviction checks.

Use the correct secure payment link below for rent, deposits, application fees, or other approved balances. Card and bank details are handled by the payment processor, not stored by A&L Properties.

Maintenance requests with clear urgency rules.

Residents can report routine issues here. Emergency instructions should be displayed clearly with your real emergency phone number before launch.

Emergency? Call A&L’s emergency maintenance number immediately. Do not rely only on this form for active leaks, fire, no heat in unsafe temperatures, electrical hazards, or lockouts.
